OK. Aye. Well. Now. I suppose my next post should be about leaven and what I’ve named my first culture of yeast but it’s not. Got on to a discussion on Twitter about the whole Chad Robertson is the Jesus of bread making. And I thought, ‘you know, he looks like Jesus. MAYBE HE IS JESUS!?’

Now. I’ll be the first to admit. I never met Jesus, nor did I see him from a distance so I don’t really know what he looks like. BUT thanks to the Catholic Church who have provided many paints of the chap I think I’ve got an idea of what the man, who grew up in one of the hottest places on earth, looked like.
